Koken agro-industries of Peru, our own plant in Junin is inspected and
certified as organic plant by Control Union Certifications
along with its infrastructure and production process.
In this plant the blemishes sun-dried processed and turned into Super Maca Koken.
Production

AGRIBUSINESS Our plant is located in the province of Junin, to 4.105 meters over sea level, is the only company duly installed in the locality.
Selection
We selected sun-dried maca, according to its quality, color and size to begin industrialization.
Processing
Super Maca Koken is preparing a flowchart according to previously established, seeking to maintain and preserve the nutritive qualities of maca.
We appreciate the milling process, one of the most important processes for the manufacture of Super Maca Koken.
Packaging
The product is packaged in a sterile environment, clean and hygienic meeting strict biosafety standards.
Microbiological control
We conducted a thorough microbiological examination for each batch of our production.
